Cala d’Algariens
North coast, near Cala Morell
Two beaches in one, close to the city of Ciutadella, and with handy parking a short walk away… An ideal spot, and a very beautiful one also. The closest beach to the parking area is Playa des Tancats; a short walk away (about 10 minutes on foot eastwards) is Playa des Bot. Because of its proximity to Ciutadella, it can get busy here in the summer, but it’s a large beach and, the further you walk, the more naturists you will find enjoying the location.

How to get there From the outskirts of Ciutadella, follow the road for Cala Morell. When you reach the large ‘Cala Morell’ sign on the outskirts of the resort, take the right turn signed Algariens and follow this scenic route through the forest until you reach a parking area, from which the beach is a 10-minute walk
